Super club Cream and the spin-off festival Creamfields started off around 20 years ago at Nation nightclub in Liverpool, UK, and with mud underfoot, soccer shirts on display, ponchos for sale and eyes nervously looking to the heavens at the threat of rain, you could have been forgiven for thinking that you were in the north of England tonight.
